A deposit is required to reserve a date, call or e-mail for details.

Cash, money orders and travelers checks are gladly accepted. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

The Captain also reserves the right to cancel & reschedule based on weather or sea conditions. If the Captain cancels the trip for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full, or you can reschedule for a later date. All no shows forfeit their deposit and are responsible for the full charter amount.

REFUNDS:
If you must cancel your trip for any reason, we will immediately seek to resell those dates. If we are able to resell the dates, you will receive a full refund. If we are not able to resell the dates, you will lose your 50% deposit. If you have already paid in full, 50% will be refunded. If you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled trip and we are not able to resell your date, you are responsible for full payment for your trip.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS:
At the fishing destination, there is always the chance that inclement weather will affect your trip. While weather is rarely a cause for cancellation, if your captain determines that for safety sake, the trip should not be taken, you will receive a full refund for that day’s fishing. If, however, you choose not to go out for your own comfort considerations, there will be no refund.
