INSHORE

Rippin’ Lips Charters offers 4-hour and 6-hour recreational fishing trips out of the Saco River for striped bass, bluefish and mackerel. Our fishing methods change throughout the season. In the early season we will start off a trip catching fresh bait, then use that bait to catch the big stripers. If the bait isn't cooperating then we will use other methods to bring the stripers over the side. Toward the middle of the summer we will be fishing out around the islands and off the beaches using live and dead bait. We also do a lot of casting lures to the stripers and bluefish. Bluefish are an incredibly hard fighting fish that are tons of fun to catch.

All fishing gear is provided. We use quality Shakespeare, Shimano, Penn, St. Croix, Jerry Brown equipment. All bait and tackle is provided.

If you are susceptible to seasickness, please take medication at least one hour prior to your scheduled departure (or otherwise according to directions).
